This is phenomenal book for enhancing your brain power. I've owned this book for a number of years and it continues to sit on my desk for quick access. You can open to any page to get a tip on ways to sharpen your thinking, improve your memory.

It's Chock full of information that will improve all areas of your life, not just your brain. Brain Builders delves into nutrition, physical exercise.

A fun exercise has you review your day at the end of the day..quite simple, as your prepare for sleep backtrack through your day, each step all the way back to when you woke up. This is a bit like watching a movie backwards. Do it every night and be amazed at the results.
